As subcontractor to Aleut Federal, LLC, Overstreet Electric is performing the entire electrical scope of work for a complete 3-story, 15,000 SF remodel of a historic landmark facility originally built in 1942.
Scope Highlights
- Selective demolition, temporary lighting and power
- New electrical distribution, including additions to the main switchgear
- New panelboards, transformers, lighting and controls
- Ladder-type and basket-type cable tray
- New Fire Alarm & Mass Notification System and telecommunications system
