Project Overview
This design-build project, delivered in collaboration with CCI General Contractors, LLC, modifies the existing 13.2 kV overhead distribution system serving Fort Sill.
Once long-lead electrical equipment arrived, Overstreet streamlined on-site performance to finish months ahead of the original schedule.
Scope Highlights
- Remove, replace and install five (5) 15 kV, 900 A vacuum-sealed reclosers
- Install ten (10) 15 kV, 1,200 A Gang Operated Air Break (GOAB) switch assemblies
- Relocate existing pole-mounted transformers
- Replace pole-mounted hardware with new heavy-duty fiberglass crossarms and hardware
Outcomes
- As of January 22, 2026: seven days of on-site work remaining to reach 100% completion
- Tracking ahead of schedule and within budget
